Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the AURA platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AURA after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you by email for material changes.

AURA is a social skills development platform that helps you build confidence through daily challenges, rejection logging, and AI-powered coaching. AURA is an educational and self-improvement tool. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AURA. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aurascore.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages on the leaderboard is prohibited.

By using AURA you agree not to: • Submit challenge responses or rejection logs containing harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content • Attempt to manipulate your Aura Score through dishonest responses • Use the AI coaching feature to generate or spread misinformation • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service • Share your account credentials with others AURA is built on honest self-reflection. Responses that are clearly dishonest or submitted in bad faith may be flagged and removed.

AURA uses large language models (currently via Groq) to generate coaching feedback, challenge evaluations, and conversation scenarios. This AI feedback is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. Do not treat AI coaching as professional advice. AURA makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content.

All content on the AURA platform — including the Aura Score system, challenge scenarios, AI character designs, and the software — is owned by or licensed to AURA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (challenge responses, rejection logs). By submitting content, you grant AURA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to provide and improve the Service (for example, to generate your personalised insights).

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed clearly before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — email hello@aurascore.in within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using AURA will meet your expectations. Social confidence is built through real-world practice. AURA is a training tool — outcomes depend on how you apply what you learn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) remain in force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
